These terms are an agreement between you and Rhhyns Academy Pvt Ltd (“Rhhyns”, “we”, “us”) for using the Rhhyns app and this website. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Rhhyns is
Rhhyns offers wellbeing content, mood and habit tracking, challenges, events, questions answered by Riddhi Doshi Patel, and live audio sessions, for teens and for parents.
Rhhyns is for education and support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, psychiatrist or therapist. Answers to questions are general guidance, not a therapy relationship.
Rhhyns is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details when you set up your profile, and keep your email address secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- Choose the right role. Parent accounts are for adults (18 and over). If you are under 18, use Rhhyns with your parent’s or guardian’s knowledge and agreement.
- One account per person. Do not sign in as someone else.
3. Community rules
When you ask questions or chat in Rhhyns Live, be kind. Do not:
- harass, bully, threaten or demean anyone;
- share anyone’s personal details, including your own phone number or address;
- post sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content, or spam;
- record, screenshot or share other people’s messages or voices from live sessions;
- try to break, overload or get around the app’s security.
We may hold back, hide or remove any message or question, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You own what you write. By posting a question or a live chat message you let us store it and show it to the people it is meant for — for example, publishing a question and its answer for other members, without your name if you asked anonymously. Your mood notes are never shown to anyone else.
5. Our content
The articles, videos, challenges, journals and other material in Rhhyns belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal wellbeing, but not copy, sell or republish them.
6. Payments
Some sessions or features may be paid. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Any cancellation or refund terms will be shown when you book.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Rhhyns running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change or stop features. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Liability
Rhhyns is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
