What our mentees say
I’m genuinely grateful for having been a part of this program. The learning journey was not just academic… it felt deeply personal, thanks to the encouragement and generosity of our mentors. Each module helped me grow both professionally and emotionally, offering practical frameworks and thoughtful feedback that made concepts truly stick. The supportive community here inspired me to challenge myself while feeling understood and valued. I now feel more prepared to approach real-world scenarios with confidence and empathy. Heartfelt thanks to my dear Riddhi Ma’am and everyone who made this experience so enriching.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to join this cohort program. Each session delivered practical insights and real world strategies that helped bridge my academic learning with professional application. The interactive format made it easy to engage with fellow participants and learn collaboratively. Special thanks to the instructors for their dedication and for creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Looking forward to applying these skills and continuing my growth in the field!
Joining this cohort program has honestly been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made for my personal and professional growth. I came in feeling unsure about how to connect theory with practical skills, but the supportive environment, patient mentors, and open discussions made all the difference. Every session felt like a safe space where I could ask questions and truly learn without judgment. I’ve not only gained valuable knowledge but also a sense of confidence and community that I didn’t expect. Thank you to everyone who made this experience meaningful. I’m walking away with more than just skills, but real inspiration for my journey ahead.
Even though I was part of this program for just 3 weeks, my learning has been rich and unique. The structure of the course made it easy to see how planning, organisation, and clear processes make everything more efficient and streamlined. The vast knowledge and experience that Riddhi ma’am shared acted as a guiding light and helped me identify gaps in my own understanding, which I now know I need to work on. From professionalism to objective-driven processes, every aspect was an eye-opener. Child counselling is different from my prior experience with adults, but this course helped me realise how the same ethics and principles must remain at the core. Though the hours were intensive, it only meant I got to soak in more learning. I also feel lucky to have had supportive peers like Komal, Vidhi, and Siddhi, who made this experience both fun and insightful. Thank you, Riddhi ma’am, for providing such a meaningful learning experience.
Over the past month and a half, this program at Rhhyns Academy has been both enriching and inspiring. The modules and observations provided me with valuable insights into child behavior and therapeutic techniques with parents and families. Each aspect — from case histories, discussions, to intervention strategies — helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. One of my key learnings was the importance of patience, empathy, and clarity in communication, especially when working with children. I am truly grateful for the warm, supportive, and learning-focused environment this course created. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible learning journey I had through this program at Rhhyns Academy. Since it was my very first exposure to the field, I wasn’t sure how it would go, but the guidance I received made it extremely insightful. What impressed me the most was the balance between deep compassion and healthy detachment. Watching Riddhi ma’am interact with children and their parents was inspiring — whether it was helping a child manage anxiety or guiding a family through challenges. The discussions, feedback, and reflections shared during the program became invaluable lessons for me. Beyond just professional skills, I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming environment created for every participant. Thank you once again for this opportunity — I will always carry these learnings forward.
Working with you and the rest of the wonderful team has been such a great experience. The course was so hands-on and immersive that I truly felt engaged throughout. Through the case readings and discussions, I learned the invaluable skill of reading clients and understanding their unspoken thoughts and inhibitions. The activities we designed as part of the modules allowed me to tap into my creativity and apply it in ways that maximised client awareness and growth. The event at Shoppers Stop was also a very enjoyable and practical learning experience. Being part of this program has given me real-life exposure into how to eventually set up and manage my own practice, and for that I am deeply grateful. These 6 weeks have been nothing short of fun, exciting, and full of learning, and I will miss it a lot. I hope someday I’ll establish myself as a psychologist in this fraternity and work with you again.
