Jannak

Jannak is an unique Parenting program that aims to address queries raised by Parents in their journey of Parenting. The Program helps Parents decode the child’s behaviour, finds solutions to difficult behavioural, emotional, mental developmental issues, helps create a bond between parent and child and build a relationship based on trust, growth and support.

Who should attend

The program is designed for Parent couples, single parents, new parents, experienced parents and just about any parent looking towards understanding and bonding with their child or children. Children’s behaviour, temperament and reactions change as they grow. Each age brings with it a new style of reacting or responding and often parents are left wondering what went wrong.

Through JANNAK, you will find all the answers you are looking for with the added benefit of trying out fun activities to strengthen the bond with your offspring.

Benefits

Parenting can be a daunting task and is always a thankless task. Sometimes parents too get overwhelmed. JANNAK will help make parenting easy to understand and help each parent find his/her own effective tools to deal with their child/children. Our programmes make parenting less stressful and more accommodative. Yes, the benefits are manifold in comparison to the time spent at the actual program.

Feedback

It was a wonderful experience and inspiring too for motherhood. We got more closer to our kids and the activities have helped create a fantastic bonding opportunity with them. We are still learning; but thoroughly enjoying the activities. The Activities given were some easy and some not easy, but we got the depth of the reason behind doing the activities and that helped. Lucky to be a part of parenting.

All the activities have proven to be practically doable for me. The activities have helped me as a parent to reflect upon my own self too. It’s been a wonderful journey where all the queries were handled satisfactorily. I am thankful to Riddhi for making the journey of parenting more enjoyable and less stressful for me.

All the units are so wonderfully curated, while doing never felt doing something new or strange. With Maam’s guidance it was life changing experience. As a parent, we understood child’s point of view also.

All units are very very nice, feeling good, relaxed and more attached to my daughters after completing all units. I can understand them much better and they can understand me as well. Sharing our feelings with each other, kids being more strong to cope up with positive negative situation. Now I’m taking care how to speak with kids “ki unko hurt na ho ya hamse kuch galat na sikhe because bachhe vo karte hai jo hum karte hai”, their observation is very high. Thank you so much mam for changing myself ❤️

Geeta Trivedi

It opened up a non-judgemental space for discussion and my daughter now just feels like sharing her emotions, feelings, talking about anything and everything. Thanks to you Mam. You are fantastically superb.

1) Stroke — he loved it, and do the same when I am sleeping. 2) How was your day — he has changed his vocabulary from ok, good to tired, fantastic, boring etc. 3) Sharing how was mine — mine due to bedridden nothing much but I still share and he asked from his father when he comes from office. 4) Learning new words — yes, he is but now even I am short of words. I feel, I have to first work upon my vocabulary. 5) Sharing what I do today and how it went — now it’s a routine. 6) Let kids ask you about your day — he ask whenever his mood to ask, or in answer to when I ask him about his day. He still never takes initiative. 7) Play a game — only snake and ladder and Atlas. 8) Gratitude — yes, his behaviour too shows n before sleep he writes in his gratitude journal too. 9) Bully — told him about that. His friends also bully him because of his weight but now he doesn’t respond to those who call him by different names. Moreover, as he started his basketball game has reduced now. At home also, no one call him by other names. 10) He is happy with all I am doing for him.
